Book a 1:1 Coaching Package
You can select a package of 4, 8, or 12 sessions below.

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes each and take place one-on-one via Zoom video conferencing. Weekly sessions are recommended for new clients, but the frequency is up to you.
To book, scroll down to select a package and add 1 to the cart. At checkout, you’ll be charged for the first session only but will be able to schedule the rest of your sessions ahead, if you like.
Note that the remaining sessions will auto-charge weekly until the package is paid, regardless of session frequency. You’ll have one year from the date of booking to use your session credits.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule online, and I’ll email you some welcome materials within the week.
